Now New Fashion of Heavy Metal in Bags And Shoes

Heavy metal details such as chains, studs, rivets and zippers add an edge to watch and keep your head hard and so trendy. Often, a zipper, two layers of nail, or several chains and rivets in the square and round shapes used to make a style statement accessories. Delhi-based shoe designer Swati Mehrotra said punk looks shocked fashion runways last season, but the trend came to Indian streets this year alone.

Much credit goes to the development of international high street fashion labels like Zara, Forever 21, Mango and Guess, now easily available in India. "Cases are looking trendy and add zing with metal, especially when you go out to parties. But I feel the shoe with such detail looks cheap." Still, says Mehrotra that apart from adding the aesthetic value, these metallic accents serve as functional elements in the shoes too. The best bit is the price. The shoes and handbags can cost as little as Rs.200 in a street shop, and can vary around Rs.1 0500-R .2,500 in familiar stores.
